Dale Evans returns to Kapiti District Council
Former deputy chairman of Paraparaumu-Raumati Community Board tendered his resignation from the council last month
Dale Evans, a former deputy chairman of the Paraparaumu-Raumati Community Board, has rescinded his resignation from the council, which he tendered last month.
Evans, who is also a real estate agent with Harcourts Blue Fern Realty, has been a vocal advocate for social issues in the Kāpiti Coast.
Kāpiti flag raising ceremony
This week, Evans organized an impromptu flag raising ceremony at the Paraparaumu Police Station to celebrate the Kāpiti Coast.
In recent months, Evans has also participated in a meeting of the Kapiti District Council while wearing a flowing white robe and hood, a move which garnered attention.
