I have a similar setup to you 2x A80Js 2x 2019 Shield Pros 3x 2015 Shields and 1x 2021 Apple TV 4K so if anything you could say Im inclined to be biased towards nVidia. I have the 4K Apple TV and the nvidia shield pro I use the Apple TV for 95 of my Plex library But sometimes theres a movie or tv show that just wont play correctly on the Apple TV for whatever.
